The spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus has unsettled us all. Our thoughts are with those directly impacted, our health care workers, and of course with you, our clients.
This is a time of significant uncertainty for many people around the world. It is a time for communities to come together and take care of one another.
We want to reassure you that if you are facing unexpected hardship or challenges at any time throughout this period of uncertainty, we are here to help. Every one of us has different and unique circumstances and we will work with you to determine an approach to suit your needs.
Like many organisations, we are experiencing a significant increase in the number of clients contacting us. Please be assured that our team is working hard to maintain our service levels, however we do expect some impact to service times as the banks contact centres are at peak periods and/or have been closed.
Health & Wellbeing
We are taking extra care of our people. A range of sensible health precautions have been implemented to protect our employees’ health and wellbeing, and to make sure we can continue to provide our full range of services for you. Some of the measures we are taking with our team include rotating shifts or separate offices to reduce contact between people, work-from-home arrangements, and fewer face-to-face meetings.
To protect our clients’ health and wellbeing, we have set up our office with social distance meeting facilities. For face to face meetings, our boardroom is set up to provide a safe distance between those present. We also have the ability to communicate via various video conference technologies such as Skype. We also take precautions by sanitising and disinfecting surfaces in the office space after each external client or representative visit.
If you are experiencing hardship, we are here to help in any way we can.
We have provided links here that relate to our various lenders. These links will provide you with some information on their hardship provisions.
Please note: It is very important that you speak with our office before taking any action. This is to ensure you are fully informed prior to making any decisions, and that you understand the terms and conditions that relate to applying for hardship and any potential impact to you as a result.
Please stay safe during this period of uncertainty. Follow all instructions given by the State and Federal Governments and look in on who may be struggling or require assistance.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to being of service to you now and into the future.
Take care, stay safe, keep positive.
